I earned my undergraduate degree from Montclair State University (NJ) in 1975 with a B.A. in Psychology and went on to earn an M.B.A. from Rutgers-Newark (NJ) in 1978. After many years of working as a government contractor for clients such as National Institutes of Health and the Department of Energy, I made a significant decision to pursue my law degree at night from The University of Maryland, School of Law. I earned my J.D. in 1996, the same year I was admitted to the Maryland Bar. Since then, I received further training from Mediation Matters (Divorce Mediation Certificate, 1996) and Maryland Collaborative Law Association Inc. (Collaborative Law Certificate, 2004).

I began professionally as an associate attorney specializing in the areas of family and juvenile law, particularly those involving divorce, custody, and marital property division. I opened the Law Office of Craig J. Little in 2010, in Towson, Maryland, and continue to specialize in those areas as well as mediation and collaborative law.

In my personal life, I am proud father to Geoffrey and stepfather to Eris and Sarah. I am involved in the Towson United Methodist Church, where I am a Certified Lay Servant, and serve as a pastor of the Deer Creek United Methodist Church and Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church. I have also served in public office – I was the President of the North College Park Citizens Association in the late 1980s, ran for Mayor of College Park in 1989, and was a candidate for Maryland State Government from Timonium in 2014.

I hope that you will call for an appointment so that I can discuss your case, and the many legal and practical options available for you and your family.
